We are looking for a Sign Installation & Manufacturing Specialist who loves the variety of field work but has the technical skill to operate advanced shop equipment during production. The Priority: Field First This is an Installer-First position. We need a technician who thrives on-site—someone 100% comfortable on ladders, bucket trucks, and lifts—who can also step into the shop to support our production workflow when the installation schedule allows. Key Responsibilities Field Installation (Primary): Execute on-site mounting and servicing of wall-mounted displays, freestanding structures, and wide-format graphics. Aerial Work: Confidently and safely operate ladders, bucket trucks, and lifts to complete high-impact installations. CNC & Laser Production: Support the shop team by operating our CNC router and Laser cutter for precision fabrication of wood, metal, and plastic components. Shop Support: Handle finishing tasks including vinyl weeding, taping, and basic assembly of low-voltage electrical components. Site Problem Solving: Interpret blueprints and site conditions to make real-time adjustments for safety and professional aesthetics. Qualifications Comfort at Heights: Must be fully comfortable working on ladders and aerial equipment. Technical Skill: Experience (or high aptitude) with CNC machines, Lasers, and standard power tools. Field Experience: Prior experience in sign installation, construction, or a related trade is highly preferred.
